What is Hypnotherapy.

Personalised and profound therapy sessions that utilise hypnosis to help clients overcome an issue and to assist them in leading a more balanced, harmonious life. With a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology, Master of Science in Medicine in Psychotherapy, a diploma in Holistic Healing Hypnosis, and a certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Tatjana is committed to supporting you in overcoming whatever limiting beliefs or negative behavioural patterns are holding you back. She will guide you in uncovering the power of subconscious mind, and stepping into your most authentic Self, through her trauma-informed approach to therapy.

If you have been struggling with any single issue in your life for months, years or your entire life, and you are finding it challenging to overcome with knowledge or mental hacks or self control, then it is likely rooted from a 'program' or belief located in your subconscious.

Hypnotherapy allows you to access your subconscious to reprogram that belief, fast.

The Holistic Healing Hypnosis (HHHypnosis) technique is multi-dimensional with various processes involved in each client session. The processes carried out depend on what the needs of the client are at that time of the session.

This inner-work may include shadow-work, inner child-work, emotional release, correcting and upgrading beliefs relating to the self and to the world at large, and more. The process is focused on resolving the issue first and foremost. I aim to do so in as little time as possible while still attending to the overall well-being of the client. For this reason, most topics generally do not require more than two sessions for the client to experience significant shifts.

Client Experiences.

Session Structure.

Before Session

Before the date of your session, you will receive an email with all the necessary information that you will need to best prepare for the session, including the address (for in-person sessions) and reminders.

The Session

​You will go through 3 stages during your time together with Tatjana. 

Pre-Talk.

During this portion, Tatjana will go through the consent form, general medical questions and then delve into detail of what you wish to address in the session.  Time will be set aside to explain what you can expect to experience during the hypnosis portion and Tatjana will have time to answer any questions you may have. This portion takes about 30 minutes. 

Hypnosis portion.

This portion usually last around 2 to 2.5 hours and this is where the crux of the therapeutic work will be done.

Post-Talk.

The third and last portion of the session consists of a short discussion.  It is intentionally short as you will still be processing so while Tatjana will go over key points, she will not go into details of the session. This may last up 15-30 minutes.

Overall, you can expect to be in session with me for about 2.5 hours to 3 hours.

Environment of the Session

It is most important that you are comfortable. Whether the session is conducted online or in person, you will be laying down during the entire session, with the optional use of pillows and blankets. 

What to expect.

During the hypnosis portion of the session, you can expect to feel very relaxed and comfortable.  Many clients report experiencing intriguing states during the session, such as feeling as though their arms, legs, or entire body is heavy like lead, or they feel as though their body is extremely expansive, light and airy.  The experience varies between each person and even between sessions.

You will be not be unconscious or sleeping during the session - being aware and conscious during the hypnosis section is necessary for you to overcome the issue, experience healing and gain understanding. While you will be able to access memories in your subconscious and reporting them to me, you will also simultaneously be aware of all that is occurring all the time around you in the room, and fully and openly communicating with me. The only main difference between the pre-talk and actual hypnosis portion of the session is feeling a deeper sense of relaxation in the body, and the shift to a slower, more relaxed dialogue.

You will also be able to remember your experience - the experience is similar to recalling a dream from the night before but with more clarity and insight. 

Throughout the session, you may at times feel as though you are not in hypnosis.  This is common as your conscious mind, although passive, will be awake and aware.  However, even though you may feel aware and conscious, your body will carry out certainly movements while in hypnosis that are beyond our conscious control.  Tatjana will continuously be watching for these movements and signs throughout the entire session, and will carry out necessary steps to achieve success during the session. 

After the session

Following the session, it is a highly suggested to have something to eat and drink right after, and if possible, to not make any immediate plans (within 30 minutes to 1 hour) right after the session. As you will not know how you will feel, it will allow you to have space and time to process if it is necessary for you. Again, there is no way to predict how you experience a session.

Following the session, clients generally report feeling a bit tired, yet feeling positive, lighter, liberated and more relaxed than prior to the session, as though they have released 'weight' they were carrying around.

Overall

Generally, most issues and topics can be resolved in one or two sessions.  However, some issues require several sessions, and there is truly no way of knowing how many sessions are required beforehand.

Each session will require effort and energy from you in order to resolve the topic. 

You may find that your hypnotherapy experience with Tatjana to be very different from your experience with other hypnotherapists and therapists.  Tatjana is most interested and focused on understanding why you are who you are today.  What you did in the past and who did what to you is not the priority – only insofar that it is linked to you experiencing the issue you have today.  The key is locate the root cause of your issue to understand why you are experiencing the issue today, so as to help you resolve it and that once the session is finished you are walking out of the door feeling lighter, healthier and happier. 

Investment and Packages.

Due to the depth of this process and the intricacies of the subconscious mind, it usually takes a minimum of three sessions to see profound results. This allows us to address deep rooted issues in a multi-dimensional. Once-off sessions are available upon request. Sessions are usually between 2.5 to 3 hours. Sessions are available online, as well as in person - if you are Amsterdam based.

The investment for a single session is €300 (Online) / €395 (In-Person).

The investment for a three session package is €850 (Online) / €1135 (In-Person).

The investment for a six session package is €1700 (Online) / €2270 (In-Person).

Tatjana works with a sliding price scale; if you cannot currently match the standard session fee due to financial or unusual circumstances, please send an email outlining your situation, so that a more suitable, reduced fee can be found.
